Selling Adult dvds

Hell all, I just became a lifetime member and am ready to start listing some adult nature DVDs and want to know a little more about listing pictures of the items I have. I guess my question is do the pictures I use need to be censored in any way? Are they word or words that can’t be used in the heading of the auctions? Any help would be great. I want to start off in the right foot and not have any problems with my listings. Thanks Ice199

Even though they're in the adult section, any explicit pictures have to be censored. If you're unsure if something would be allowed or not, email admin at support@ebid.tv and ask their advice.

Sorry, I didn't look at where you were from, I just copied the info from the UK faq. I'm sure the US film censors will have an equivalent website.

As eBid is in the UK I think UK laws cover the whole site.

I would have to agree. The site and servers are hosted in the U.K. and thus, U.K law likely would apply, even if auctions are only ever shown on the US server.. Which is exactly why I chose to not list my mature audiences products on Ebid. Since I am not familiar with U.K. Pornography laws, I'd have to err on the side of caution and either find out what the laws are, or get approval on every listing from the site owners before listing..

Thank you all for your replies. I will censor all graphic DVDs anyway I always have even in the other side. Also that’s why I won’t sell them out of the US because I have no idea of the UK laws or other countries. I want thank eBid for having this great forum. It helps getting information for all new US sellers. I am glad came over from the greed side and hope to prosper here. Thanks again Ice199
