Whether you get the newsletter is pretty hit and miss. Some get it and some do not.

You have to make sure the filters on your email on your computer are set so that it goes to your inbox and is not filtered by your spam filter.
You need to go into the settings for your email program and add the address from ebid to the "safe sender" list. The way to do this will depend on what email "client" (the program you use to read your email) you are using.
