Stores OFFLINE hows that?

We just noticed in our "my ebid" page that our stores were marked offline. We did not mark them as offline and never even noticed that there was a problem viewing.

How or why would this happen?

Also we marked the box and checked online again, should we have done that?

If you do a Forum Search for 'offline' then I think you'll find that there's several threads running on this subject. It's happened to lots of us unfortunately.

A 'glitch' in the system I think but 'da Boyz' are on to it

Yes, it happened to me the other day - after getting myself up off the floor I just clicked it to go back online again.

I hit the floor pretty hard too.

We weren't sure how long it had been that way because everything appeared fine.

Is anyone still having problems with their eBid Store?

Gazza - yes, still problems.

I just logged in and found one of my stores - The Novelty Rock Emporium - offline & listed with 0 auctions, whereas there are 64 running in that store.

My other 2 stores - THRIFT 4 U Quality Clothing, Brown Owls Surprise Store - are OK, though.

Yes, me too Gazza - just checked and it was offline again! Have now clicked it back online.

And it is showing as 0 items listed.... I have over 400 in the store... Hope this can be fixed soon.
