It is so cold here my heating broke down

& they have been to fix, two minutes later they were gone so was the heating Grrrrrrr!
Phoned them back can't come back till tomorrow.
We are both working so unless one of us can get back in the after noon won't get fixed.
I work shifts so not so easy to do OH works away so keeping fingers crossed. Hope OH can get back in time.
To top all that coming down with the flu I think.

I have got two jumpers on proper walking socks cotton lined a quilt a fleece wrapped round my feet (they are so cold) goves & a hat on. Still cold though had my medicine (YUK) & paracetamol. Have I missed anything?

yes..someone to look after you !..you need pampering...have you no hot water bottles ? if not..fill a plastic bottle with warm water..not hot...and put your feet on it..

you could try sitting outside your house - all the street decorations - could be warmer
