Still have the Frankie says T-shirt, only now it looks my like a bib on me.

Nope, not seen it, but as a Virgin Media customer, I always pray that nothing goes wrong with my service because their customer support is total carp. I always advise anyone thinking of using Virgin to look elsewhere if they can, they're rubbish on support, luckily the other side of the coin is they're quite stable right now (having been through a bit of a flaky patch).
