St Peter walks into God’s office one day and sees the old man looking troubled and shuffling through papers on his desk.

‘What’s up Big G?’ asks St Peter.

‘I’m trying to decide where to go for my holidays this year.’ replies God. ‘I don’t want anywhere that’s too hot as I burn rather than tan. I also feel the cold in my bones these days so nowhere too cool would be a good idea.’ ‘You would think with the whole of my creation to choose from I could find somewhere just right.’

‘How about that little place called Earth?’ suggests St. Peter. ‘It has some very nice temperate regions from which to pick just the right location for a good rest.’

‘You must be joking!’ retorts God. ‘I went there once before and got some girl up the duff and they’re STILL bl**dy talking about it’.
