Had a Neg today on the Otherside....... ..........quote "watch not working ,postage charge high,refund given but would not buy from again"

What!"!!!!!!! Watch was gaining time so I asked him to send it back Reset it and it runs perfect asked him if he wanted it back or a refund He asked for a refund and then I get this!!! As for postal charge too high ????????? £2.50 Covers postage AND PACKING!!! Doh

I know how you feel.
I got one the other week.
I sent a parcel recorded delivery and it did not arrive.
I explained that Royal Mail would not accept non delivery until 15 days had passed.
He would not accept this.
The buyer demanded his money back after 3 days, filed a clawback with paypoo and got very snotty and left a neg.
The parcel has still not arrived so will have to put a claim in now to Royal Mail.

i think i must be the lucky one- i got a neutral there months ago- sent a parcel to ireland airmail and the difference between actual postage price and that charged was about 15p- my neutral stated that postage was overcharged- i emailed to tell her if she cared to purchase from ebay in future- she might like to email the seller upfront and ask them to send the item with a stamp attached and no packaging as to have it packed costs a little more. she never did get back to me.

lol that is something that I didn't realize before when I first starting buying from them along time ago. I thought it was just for shipping. The only time I said anything about shipping being excessive was when they charged me $6.95 and shipping cost $2.40. That is excessive. I still left him a positive review,i just added the comment.

Regrettably, the buyers on the other side are less than tolerant of any misgivings - the way I see it, the attitude of the other auction site has rubbed of on some of the buyers, and it shows in their feedback.

Just take it on the chin and move on - if you can add a reply to the feedback do so, It may help.
