Sorry, I've never seen blanks with that sort of fastening. Mine are all metal split ring style. Can't help.

That thing on the keyring is called a tag

Not bothered if its a split ring or the black tag thing.

It's just that the black tag thing does not 'open' so need a full replacement IYKWIM

My blanks have picture apertures 35mm x 45mm so your pictures would fit, but not be snug. Any use? I can list a couple of blanks for you if that's what you're after.
