Any suggestions why

On my laptop i run vista


Sometimes when I'm in IE It would suddenly stop, then when i try to click out I get a message come up that says


IE has stopped working

click here to find problem and restart
or click her to shut down


I always click to find problem and restart, which it then checks, then shuts down IE then just opens it up, it' dont give a thought to what i am doing at the time

does this happen to anyone else, it's just doing my noggins in, and i've done virus scans

Thats what happened to my vista PC, then it simply gave up the ghost, hence being back on XP

This is one of the many "new & improved" Vista features & problems. You are not alone.

I take it may only affect certain laptops/computors as it dont seem to happen on others in the house

I use Firefox and it does the same thing every now and then

Started when we put Vista on - annoying isn't it? I've never lost anything restarting though, so it's just an irritant.

Yes it is just annoying the odd time it does it...I just hope it will be put right with an update ?????..............papa.

simple.....vista is about as good as a choco fireguard
