Used to work with a bloke that was into body building. Only problem was he concentrated on his upper body. Ended up with a massive upper body and little spindly legs that could hardly support the top half. Looked even more ridiculous than most body builders.

I dont like the form of body building women either - toned muscles yes, but when they go to competition extremes it just looks nasty. I dont get it
