That was sooooooooooo funny and I can relate to almost every word ........
Sleep ? I was wide awake throughout the whole procedure and screaming my head off ! It was THE worst experience I have EVER had ........partly due to the doctor's unfeeling attitude and bedside manner, but mainly to my having a 'twisty' (the nurses words, not mine) bowel. Halfway through, even the nurse was pleading with the doctor to stop, saying it was obvious to her that I was in a great deal of pain

Can I please have that ologists phone number for the next time I have to have one of these ?

I had this done and the worst bit was the preparation the day before, but even that wasn't too bad. For the actual procedure I didn't need any sedative or knock out juice. The whole thing felt no more painful than a bout of mild wind.
... and it is true, I saw it on the monitor. There was a large pile of things that people didn't want in there! (I hope that isn't too deep for u folks - where the sun don't shine..)
I remember everything, even what happened tomorrow.
