I'm trying to upgrade my account to seller+, but when I send the online card validation form I keep getting an error message that says (537) 3D authentication failed. Could someone please help me. Thank you.

Do all your card details match your ebid registration details exactly? Name, address etc.etc.?

If they do, then I suspect only admin can help you with that one

Drop them an email: support@ebid.tv (you should get an automated reply - with a "ticket number", followed by a response from a real human being)

Have you got "verified by visa" or equivalent turned on for your card? Because if so, it's possible that's what you're getting wrong.

Hi:
Make sure you have your card mailing address and zipcode correct. Some people use both home/business address and mailing address.
