That’s great news, it’s about time SOMEONE listened. This country has an appalling lack of support for people who REALLY need it. I don‘t think the powers that be realise just how hard having a child with Autism is on EVERYONE involved.

Keep it up Red that's great news. I've been lucky in that my eldest son who has mild Asperger's has managed to get a part time job at last in a supermarket and is coping really well with it. It's a shame he can't find something to use his computer skills but at least it's a job and he's earning. So maybe it's your turn to have some luck this time!

Don't give up, try some of the regional ones, persistance pays off ya know. How about writing your own article for a newspaper, or somewhere like CHAT magazine where they actually pay you?
