    A little note with an address of an NHS dentist would probably be a better idea - that would be a task for the tooth fairy to rustle up.

    No getting back to the little teeth, I would say £2.00

    My personal view is it should be £1.00 a tooth. Anymore and the kids will be pulling them out for cash !
