    Default My clothes fit again...

No. I haven't lost any weight. I have simply finally accepted I am no longer size Medium and need Large or (in some areas) Extra Large.

Having come to peace with that reality and started buying accordingly things are now a lot more comfortable.

Oh for the days when I looked like a stick insect.

Well, it's no wonder your trousers didn't fit properly if you have six legs.

I know that feeling. You get to the point where it's time to just accept it, and stop kidding yourself that you don't need to go up a size. It's so much more comfy in the proper size.

When I was a teenager, I had glandular fever which meant I lost loads of weight. I actually thought i looked good at a skinny size 10 then, but I am far happier with my current size 12 even though I would still love to have a flat tummy!

I have noticed that the higher end stores are more true to size and the cheap stores make you want to go on a starvation diet because when you are normally a size 9 you can't even squeeze into a size 13

Oh My Goodness...How i laughed when i read your OP astral...

Several years ago i discovered 'Slinky' trousers, skirts, blouses, dresses etc...that have a fantastic elasticated forgiving 'give' to them...

My usual size 18/20 clothes are now 16/18 and i haven't lost even 1 oz...as for other clothing items...Well !! lets say my purchases have been mostly 'hit and miss' ...

But as i am happy with the size i am...all i can say is 'Bring On The Slinky's' and to h*** with the 'hit and miss' clothes
