Is pppay available in USA?

I try to sign up at pppay.com but in the country selection USA does not show up. How can I sign up for pppay if i'm in the USA?

you cant register for this service.. This service is not available for the moment to usa..only available for gpb and eur..this service on only available for international residents.

It's already available to USA as far as I know as it's got pending USA$, € & £

I tried to sign up for that when I first joined, however it seemed unavailable for USA . Same thing with Nochex ...I filled out all the required information before I got to where it said that it wasn't available to the USA. Oddly enough, the next day a Nochex representative called me up and wanted to help me so that I could apply...he apparently didn't check the phone number he was calling cause when I told him I live in the USA ..he said he couldn't help me then as they weren't currently applicable to us. lol

I tried signing up for pppay when I first started on eBid also. It apparently isn't set up for the USA at the present time.
