    Question Refund of Final Fee ?

    Sadly I was unable to supply my buyer with an item in the colour requested - after I assured him the colour was available. I have offered a full refund which he has accepted - all done amicably.
    How then, do I (if acceptable) get a refund on final fees?

    The Auction Fell Through. How do I Go About Getting a Refund For Fees Incurred?
    If you opted for a Gallery featured listing and the transaction is not completed eBid will refund the Gallery featured fee in line with our Gallery featured fee of 'no sale no fee'. Please provide us with the username, auction ID number and the text of the feedback you have left them and we will review.
    However, if you have opted for a featured listing which is at a premium and space is limited, if the successful bidder backs out, you need to take this up with the bidder.

    You wouldn't be due a refund as ebid have completed their part of the service.

    Yes, but the sale was cancelled so they should get a refund of the seller fees.
