Creating an eBid Store

I've created an eBid store but can't get online.

I click on 'online' but when I start adding items I'm told my
status is 'offline'.

I do have "Seller +' status.

Help!

When you ticked the "online" radial button, did you scroll to the bottom of section 2 & "update store details"?

Hi:
Make sure you manually add 01 item first, then turn "online"

The op has two stores up & running.....with 147 auctions

For some reason this operation is very tricky. As Vonz pointed out, you must confirm WITHIN the section being changed. I bet everyone (except smarty-pants people) goes to bottom of page and clicks thinking they are saving all their changes (and do it at least ten times).
