You are right that option was not catered for but the owner of the land where the barbie is to be held, his daughter is a vegetarian, and as the tickets have not yet gone to print, albeit limited this option will be included. As most of the food will prepaired in the kitchen of the farmhouse by the wives and girlfriends of any of the club members who wish to be involved in organising the barbie. The girls have said it would not be a problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
