Adding Store Categories

I am trying to add one more category and one sub to that. I type in the name and when I hit add, it says, Error, you are not the store owner.
I am signed in, but I see the page is distorted with HTML?
Is the system not functioning correctly? I listed a few new auctions and they went fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't offer you a fix for your problem. I can only tell you that the system is working fine from my chair. Just added cats and sub-cats to a store with no problems whatsoever.

I have heard of that error message before but not in the context you are getting it. If the problem persists then contact admin with the details and get them to look at it.

Try clearing your cache and then rebooting - that often clears things.

And did it sort itself out or are you still having problems?

If so knowing what browser you are using may help with the page corruption part. I think the 'not your store' bit is a separate issue.
