jlpshop2 bulk upload passed but no records found

I bulk uploaded a file to my Ebid store. Ebid result showns 99% of items were passed. But these items were not shown neither in my "Auctions I'm Running" nor my "Auctions I Ran sold unsold".

This is how it shows in "My Bulk Upload" result screen: "jlpshop220090722143345.txt
Your ref : jlpshopcomebidstore1all34671JLPSHOP.txt SPREADSHEET Wed 22 Jul 2009 10:33:45 (EDT)
Auctions : 34671 | Passed : 32577 | Failed : 2094 | Ignored : 0 Finished"

I did email to support and waiting for the response.
If anyone encountered similar scenarios, please reply.

You have 36,000 plus auctions - are they not the ones you've just uploaded, or were they already there?

Hi:
Most items are already there. The new file has been changed and updated information. I normally upload a new complete file for every 10-15 days that these auctioned items expired. Previously, it has been accepted, and some times I found that some items go into my Unsold. I did forward these problems to support several times, but not receiving any clear response yet. Okay, sorry I can offer anything constructive. I don't use the bulk upload (as you can tell by looking at how few listings I have ) so no experience of that particular problem. If support comes back and says anything useful, let us know!
