Transfer Auctions into Store?

Me again, Just noticed that the counts are correct in the catagories on the 'About Me' page - they are just wrong on the Store Homepage.

The count on our stores goes up and down every time we add items. I don't pay any attention to it for at leat 24 hours.

Stores did used to update their item count at the times stated. I suppose it is possible that, following the move of eBid from servers in the UK to servers in the US, scheduled tasks now run at different times.

There are ways to bulk upload items to your store:
1. If you have items in your existing website, then use as in my sample bulk lister below: http://www.jlpshop.com/images/isimages/DH802.jpg
2. if you do not have an existing website: you either upload all images to "My Gallery" in a zip file (you need to have winzip or similar software) or manually adding one by one.
Make sure you match all your category. In my sample, 1052 is Ebid Category, and 1:1a is my store category.
I do my just in one .txt file (36,000 items)

3 days on now and it's still not updated.

The Store Catogories List is still only showing 51 items when in fact there are 6,696!

I've sent a support ticket in to eBid, theire first response said wait another 12 hours and it should update, now been another 24 hours and it still hasn't!

I've just repplied to them to keep them updated and now await their response.

Just thought I'd mention it in case any one else is having the same problems.
