Obviously Mrs Brown has complained to Gordon about the state of No.10 but her requests have backfired and rumour has it she is now doing a makeover in the Tower Of London
To be truthful - which is not nearly as funny, I love a man with a nice Southern Drawl!

We would be like Canada.... or worse... we would be like England.
Sad to say we're still heading in that direction under this Administration.

    Another scenario:
England would reap the benefits of the lands tremendous resources. With the huge population growth in the Americas England could field an army so powerful the sun to this day would not set on the Empire.
China would be a source of cheap labor ( as it is today except the ruling class would have stiff upper lips instead of slanty eyes ). Russia would still be in the dark ages. The French would boil their beef. Germany would be going through its second hundred years of Pacifism. Inward immigration would be strict allowing only those that speak fluent English and can immediately contribute to the success and advancement of the Empire. Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Syria would be British Protectorates. Israel would not exist since the Holocaust would not have happened and Disraeli would have been the first of many Jewish PMs.
And English would be the mandatory language throughout the worthwhile world.
And the American Footie team will have won the Cup 40 seasons in a row.

Actually, I think Watergate was his Waterloo.

I met him once when I was a Disney cast member. It was after he had resigned. The only other president I've ever met was John Kennedy. I was just a kid when he was running for president.

Kind of a hotel apartment complex thingy. Very 1960s looking. The only thing that looks like a castle with a tower is the original Smithsonia building. He could have taken his hostages there.

Wow, he went to Disney World to try to forget? Hard to believe that he was a Quaker, and apparently a red hot poker player!!

I remember exactly where I was when news of J F Ks assassination broke. Us kids were convinced it was the Russians and that nuclear war was about to break out. We was crapping ourselves lol.
