If in compliance with all relevant Laws/Legislation, the Muslim group has just as much right to their march as anyone else.
HOWEVER, the issues of whether they should have a march at all and whether it should be in that particular location are different matters entirely. Clearly the location was chosen to cause the maximum of discomfort and gain the maximum media coverage. I suspect that the local police will find a legal way to prevent them from going ahead, but by then will it really matter? The damage has already been done.
