Whether we agree or disagree with the marchers' views, I think it is far too dangerous to ban the march. That sort of police state we will have soon enough without encouraging it.

my opinion , even though it will do no good .....is.....any person who takes part in this march.....should be sent back to their own country....and if they are brittish....the should be sent out with the others............papa.

I really agree with this.. It would be good if everyone ignored it.. either by staying away or by facing away from the march in silence.

Incidentally, I live near enough to visit easily. There is a second, smaller recognition of every cortege which passes along the A420 towards Swindon (and the M4, so many of them go that way) when representatives from the Defence Academy gather to pay their respects.

I also agree. I would hope there wouldn't be a soul on the streets if this outrage was allowed to happen. I would also hope that the town would have appropriate decorations put up by the residents for the occasion !
