I don't know what button I just pushed... I guess I'm getting tired.
My page still just has only Offline and it's in red. What now?
Did I forget to do something?

Have you added the shop categories in section 3? You can't put it online until you set up the cats.

I added the cats and even arranged in alpha order - but after that there wasn't any thing else I saw to do. Like the UPDATE Sect 3 selection wasn't there. It had a selection to update sect 2...

There is no Update Section 3. It updates in real time as you create/edit/delete categories and subcategories.

Thanks Mel -But why isn't there a radio button to choose to go on line I Feel stuck in off line and may never get to on line land....... scary.

Do you know how to do a screen shot? Use the Prnt Scrn (print screen) button to take a copy of your screen showing section 2 and put it into your favourite image handling software - get Irfanview if you don't have anything yet, it's free and excellent. Resize the picture to about 700 to avoid breaking the forum, then attach to a post here (manage attachments).

Sorry. I just responded to your last post. I didn't read back through the thread so missed what your problem was.

Are you sure you are looking in the right place - under Section 2 and not in the eBid Store Summary at the top of the page?

You won't believe this. I went to section 2 - changed some words in description and saved and up came the online & off line buttons.
I am so happy!!! Thanks for all your help. I fel like I am not alone.
Now I am going to enter my items to Sell! Wish me luck.

Hello everyone:
Just one quick question--maybe 2.
I worked on my store last night --it's on line- but not completed. where do i get all the info I worked on last night? Also, where it has description for our item -my default is WYSIWYG Advanced. Yet I can't type anythng in there why?
