I just answered a question from a buyer and it disappeared is this normal? or is it stored somewhere else. I might need to refer to my answer at a later date. I know that I could use normal email but would it not be better to have it all together. If I did something wrong please let me know

Yup you were spot on, it is normal for me to assume that I did something wrong I'm glad to know that I did'nt. I have to say that I would not have looked there unless I had the sale. Wonder who came up with that one. Anyway thanks for the prompt answer
