Help needed - missing picture

Hi, new to eBid here , nice to meet all of you folks.

I put up some items yesterday, everything appeared to be fine. This morning when I checked, I found pictures missing from some listing, not all of them. I uploaded the pictures to "my gallery" first.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I still have trouble seeing all these pictures from my side - tried Firefox and IE8, both gave me the same.

Thank you ! And I just checked "my gallery" - many of the uploaded pictures do not show up while others do. I am really confused. I am going to change a different computer and try again later.

I think eBid uses about four different servers to host images. So if all your missing images are from the same server that would indicate either a server problem (but can see no signs of that) or your setup is blocking that particular server.

What browser are you using? I have some ideas where to look for the cause in Firefox but know less about other browsers.

I used both Firefox and IE8 to try - I will double check the network firewall setting as well to make sure I have everything is right.

It appeared everyone else are able to view my listing w/o problems.

If it is happening across various browsers then it is more likely to be a firewall issue than a setting in the browsers.

For Firefox you could check this post: http://meetup.ebid.net/showpost.php?...3&postcount=15 but I don't think it will be the issue here.

Thanks all for your help. It turned out to be a firewall issue - apparently some of the image servers are blocked. Everything looks fine now.
