No Email Notification Of Messages or sold?

I have had the same thing happen...... messages in my AAL but not my email and I rely on seeing them in my emails, also no notification in my email of items I have sold, bit of a pain really, this has only started since the lst of February. Hopefully some of the bright boys on here will come up with something, fingers crossed.

Not sure what you mean Sarah? My email is Hotmail & I am with Virgin Media.

I hope so when you consider how many people use hotmail & msn it could create a whole load of problems!

I sent an email to support about this yesterday. I'm having the same problem. I get emails directly from buyers and from PayPal, but nothing from eBid.

All my email options are still checked, so I should have received them.

I'm with Hotmail.

Right as you are with virgin media set up a new email addy with them or use another free email service like gmail.com yahoo.com aol.com or go to this site that has reviewed several providers of free email accounts http://www.free-email-address.com/

Be careful as some services on that page do charge and the choices that are there on the web you shouldn't need to pay for a decent one

Thank you, but it must be something to do with ebid as all other emails from other sites are fine, never had a problem.

What about potential buyers or other buyers with Hotmail addies (must be loads of them), if they dont receive an answer to a question i doubt they would change there email providers. Plus as i said in a previous post, i had a message from a seller that didnt even go to my ebid messages, so theres something up with ebid surely?

i dont want to change my email, i have one already with virgin and i dont get instant notifications with them.
