Go to your My Ebid page and click on My Emails. You can tick your preferences for which emails you want to receive.
I'm still getting notification when I get bids. Might be a stupid question but have you checked the email section in my ebid to check the right boxes are ticked? Also, I had an invoice from ebid get sent to my spam folder for some reason, have you checked they're not being sent there?

Unfortunately, this is a fairly common issue with hotmail, msn and live email account holders experiencing this problem. This is not just with eBid but many other legitimate companies.
Your email system is being overly aggressive in this case and believes unjustly that it is receiving Spam. Unfortunately the emailing system you use gives you limited direct control for you to dictate what is and what is not Spam
We are trying everything we can do to correct but effectively this is out of our control and with your email provider

i hope so too. however that doesnt really explain why i had no notification of a message sent from a seller in my ebid messages? i phoned the seller eventually because i hadnt had a response to my message. she told me she had replied and low and behold...i found it on the item page.
