I have uploaded several listings to NL successfully...but when trying to export from GTG...keep getting this message "failed to export to Ebid". I have tried one or several listings & keep getting the same message.
Could anyone clue me in to what the problem is? Thanks

So what does the email say, just that it failed?
How about in the web page on bulk uploader, any other message/detail?

When you say 'export to GTG' I thought it was more an 'add to GTG' then upload, with Ninja sending a success or fail email after. Export as such is something that is missing from Ninja, there isnt an export only upload.

sorry...I didn't explain it well enuf. The listings all upload from TL to NL to GTG. But wheb I click on GTG..an error message comes up saying "failed to load" or something like that. I don't get any emails.

In your listings, you mean you get the status as GTG then?
How about when you click on the blue GTG panel/button can you view the auction listing there. Ive just put one of mine through that stage as a respond to you, then click again and choosing GTG upload it should say;

You are about to upload 1 auctions to eBid. Click
OK to continue. CANCEL to go back.

Percentage bar uploading and then you should have;
Your auction file was uploaded SUCCESSFULLY

Importing from TL is a great way to save editing, if its juggling the differences between Listers, saves a lot of work even having Excel files. A 'idealproductsales' mention to me before, it could be just something is in the listing that Ninja doesnt like so falls over when getting to eBid, but I cant see why no email saying failed. So from that you have nothing in the Bulk Uploader page either.
As others are uploading okay and you are on the same current Beta version 0.95.7 it must be something in your listing.
In that is it plain text or lots of html coding for layout etc.
I had a look for a previous listing but although you have four figure feedback I cant find any listings.

Check your "My Bulk Uploads" the info you require may be on "My Spreadsheets"

I've only just tried NJ and notice that there is still only one option for international postage which means editing every listing (kinda defeats the object)

Also,it may be me, but the text font,size and colour options dont seem to be working.

I still am not able to upload my messages from GTG to NL. I keep getting an error message which says "failed to upload". Any ideas how to fix it?

The only problem I have encountered so far with the nl is when I have been using it for some time usually over 1/2 hour when I duplicate an auction to add my next set go into the nl it does not respond,I try using ctr alt del but it still does not respond.My computer asks me if I would like to wait till it (if able)can find and fix the problem or if I would like to end the program by xing out the nl,when I do that I loose all of the listings I had that had yet to be uploaded.

It does not happen everytime but has happened on more than one occasion and it is time consuming to redo 20-30 auctions that were not saved as a result of it not responding.

Any ideas on why it does this
