    Right place this time

I can edit items in ninja but can't seem to upload the edited listing without starting a new one.

Also no picture showing in listing. I have a box with src where the images used to be.

Am having the same problems with imported excel files causing hanging.

Had it with 6 different files now - all identical apart from the title of each item.
Was just importing them to add the images.

I find that I have to add the images for about 20 at a time, then upload them, close ninja down, and reopen to do the next 20.

Also just lost another batch of 58 - email said the same for each item......so I have had to do them again in 20's - they went up no problem this time.

There is a current bug when tabs are found within the auction description that is causing this error. We are fixing this at the moment.

Tried this again.....I imported the TL file but noticed that even though it fills out the info for shipping etc it seems to leave a html file behind. I had to open this file then copy and paste it in to Ninja lister. It works this way. The only draw back being it also contains any links pointing back to ebay, so my side it needs a slight bit of work.

Make sure you export as turbolister format CSV and not the File Exchange Format CSV - File Exchange Format CSV truncates your description in many cases.. which seems like the issue you describe

Help! not sure what is wrong ninja lister, me or my computers!

Have down loaded Ninja (on x2 PC, win XP) ..
can r-click to "edit auction" to build a listing..

But NOTHING happens when I click "save"? nothing in the spreadsheet, the listing is just gone! who knows where?

    Have used IE & GC.

A bit confused now, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
    Thx
