On my system that is stored at:

Clearly on other's computers it will be different but if you do a search on ninjalister.csv (including system & hidden files/folders) you should locate it and can make a copy in case it vanishes.
excellent.. I should have done that before.. LOL never though to look where NL stores the data .. in that case it should be relatively easy to create a little backup method of your own (scheduled task or whatever) to make a copy of the file, or simply locate and copy the file to make your backups..

    Good call, that

I imagine that you could take it into Excel or a similar programme and do a bulk edit on it, that would be useful until NL has its own bulk edit function

Default Bug: Right Click Menu inaccessible

When your listings get full to fill your available NL window space, the right click context menu will drop off where you cannot access all the options (such as move to good to go bucket) you have to shrink the window vertically , select, right click then drag the window larger to uncover the right click menu items.

Screen shot attached- note how it cuts off the menu options at the bottom..

Never knew there was a menu at the bottom, I have never seen it, and can't access it

I think you missed the significance of "context menu" and "right click". If you right click at various points of the Ninja, you get a menu pop up - this varies by where you are (hence context menu). You have to leave sufficient space on your monitor for these to be displayed successfully.

Or possibly I've just misunderstood you completely, in which case ignore me.

Might seem a dumb pair of questions this ....

Does Adobe AIr / Ninja Lister run on Windows 2000 ?

Do they run on a Windows SERVER (not a PC or Workstation) ?

    Anyone tried this yet?

All my listings which I have done with NL seem to be duplicating/storing pictures in my defaults. I am unable to delete them.

Also whilst trying to list with my default it's uploading the wrong pics.

This has probably been mentioned but just in case.
Descriptions look ok in NL but when uploaded the text has aligned to the left margin on some lines

Perhaps after each new updated version of NL all the posts should be deleted and started again with suggestions, it might make it easier for Gazza and the rest of us to see new suggestions for the latest version and hopefully they will get fewer and fewer
