Default Poll: Which car is at fault?

Which one of these cars is at fault:
    Car 1 or Car 2

This is an insurance claim and I'm just interested in your opinions.

Afraid that without additional data I can't render a decision. Which way were both cars moving at the time of the collision?

Peeps were concerned about the doc so I deleted the thread and renamed the doc as it's off my pc.

If the diagram was drawn by the investigating officer they probably think that Car 1 is at fault.

If car 1 backed out and collided with car 2 already there and ready to move forward I would place car 1 at fault also.

That's based on my experience as a LEO in the past.
