Whats with this?

Just checking out some auctions and under bidding history I'm seeing:

bidder 1
bidder 2
bidder 3

etc

When did buyers start having their usernames hidden? Or is it something a seller can do themself?

Where ever it is happening - am all for it.

Many people dont want others to see what they are bidding for, especially if the items are ''risque'' or for gifts
