Matt Stockdale is a Northampton chap who has pledged to spread his wealth around. He was quoted in our local paper asking of fellow millionaires,"If you gave half your money away would your life really change?"He has a point.
He's probably most famous for the Oven Pride brand.
I shall certainly look into this gas/electric thing more closely.

After reading the details & faq's on the website,I've registered my interest.I didn't actually see the prog tonight so was a bit wary when red' posted about it.Having previous knowledge of Matt Stockdale is what swayed it for me.

Red must live in a mansion but just doesn't realise it

Seriously though, my 3 month cost was £600 and I thought that was bad. I'll be checking them out tomorrow when I'm awake.

    night all.

Just got mine today - £310 for gas and electric. Which I thought was bad (and still do) until I saw what others here were being billed.

I think the essentials of life...shelter, food, water and warmth should have their profits on supply strictly controlled and should not be taxed in any way.

If this Stockdale chap can prick these people's bubble then I'll nominate him for sainthood (the real type - not eBid).

This I will think will really take off! ------Once they get it up and running....I ahve suggested to EBid Manages that it might be a great opportunity to get in before the competition.

I wonder what Sir Alan would make of this.

I truly believe that gas, electricity and public transport companies should be a bit like charities, non-profitable companies. All money get re-invested in the business and we get very competitive prices. Anybody in political parties wanting to suggest that?...

Hi Red , if you are paying £3400.00 a year for your power ( Gas & elec ) ( 4x850 )I think you must have no door at all , never mind a draughty one....if these figures are correct , I would get the meters checked , they could be faulty , might even be someone else using your power ? , do you run your power turned up high 24/7 ?..what ever the problem is I hope you can get it sorted......papa.
