Question How do I avoid Importing Duplicates from eBay

How do I avoid duplicate imports from eBay?
If I have imported 10 items from eBay and a week later add 2 more to eBay then do another import from eBay how do I avoid importing the previous 10 when I only want the 2 new ones.
Currently the import adds 12 items to eBid so it now shows 22 (10+12) in my items I am running. Then I have to delete the 10 duplicates from eBid. That is a waste of time and effort.

I sell stamps which have different cancellation marks. So I might have six all with the same description, but the image shows they all have different quality, and they have different bid prices. I add #2, #3 and so on to distinguish them.
So you could add something to make each listing different.

Thanks I do that if I have duplicates listed on a Selling site like eBay, but that is not what I posted about. When I do an import from eBay today after doing one yesterday all the active items on eBay import again plus any ones that have been added to ebay since the last import. If I imported 10 yesterday then list 2 more on ebay after that, and then I do another import today to get the two new listings added to eBid it imports all 12 from eBay which includes the 10 I imported yesterday. So 12 plus the 10 from yesterday make 22 total with 10 of them being exact duplicates of the 10 I imported yesterday.
    You see my issue?

    i see.
Seems there is no flexibility in selecting what you import from Ebay.
I don't import from Ebay because it costs me too much to sell there. My get-around would be to export my listings, load into a spreadsheet, change the setting of duplicates on column Z to "d", and the rest to "o" and upload the spreadsheet to Ebid

Thanks, I just did an export to Excel of my active listings: Here is a list of my headers that were in the spreadsheet. I don't have a column "Z'. I am coming to the conclusion that I need a copy of the eBid spreadsheet, each time I try to upload a few items I get an error meassage about the TAB delimiter TXT file I created from my Excel file. Is there a link to download a copy?
