I have downloaded Ninja and transferred my inventory to the software. I figured out how to add shipping charges quickly to all listings. I have realized that the category id has not transferred correctly on any of my items. For example, category # for my music cd's is listed as 1629 and it should be 1628. Comics are showing as 646, but the correct number could be so many because the system breaks the comic category down into so many subsections, which is ludicrous! Is there a way to change the category of all my cd's at once, instead of sifting through my entire inventory? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope I'm not too late Cosnut.

Just click the category heading and NL will put all listings in order.

The info you gave me is very helpful if I want to delete several listings at one time, but I cannot figure out how to change the category number on several at one time. After highlighting and right clicking, I get the dropdown with several options. I have toyed around with every option possible and still have not found a way to do this. I also looked through all the "How to" videos for Ninja Lister and have not found any helpful info.

The best way to do this is to put all the listings you want to change into a separate auction set, change the first listing and then you can right click the first one and click copy field to all.

Not sure if this thread is still active, but here goes. Are there instructions somewhere to export from Etsy? The page I found has only this for Etsy: Etsy...... Listings can be imported in NL
I do have Ninja Lister 3.01 installed, and attempted to add the Etsy csv file, but I get this every time:
Imported 0 lines from a data file.
    Instructions would be helpful.
