eBid Ninja Lister & Importing Auctions Help

Being a MAC computer user, Turbo Lister has not been available to me. Ninja Lister seems to require Turbo Lister? How can I get my many ebay listings onto eBid?

I think the only solution I have seen is to find a friendly PC user (they do exist) to dump the data for you.

I have never used it, and so have no idea if it is fit for purpose or will meet your needs. I am not recommending it in any way - just making you aware of its existence.

Do you know when this is going to take place and will

...been away for a few and now I am trying to re-open...imported my listings but most of them have appeared perfectly but without photo's.

A few what? Images are only retained in your My Gallery area for 75 days after they were last used in an active listing - 10 days if they were never used.

Hi Mel...I have been away for a few ...weeks! :-)

I had exported my listings before I left ...(then imported to check I had done it right)...and now when I have imported them again ...most are missing photo;s...

Do they still exist in your My Gallery area? I suspect not.

I have 320 items uploaded into my shop...I have 550 photos in my gallery ...so possibly yes...but is there not an easier solution to this??

I don't know - because we haven't established what the issue is. I can't see what is in you Gallery area. All I can see is that, for those with missing images, the images appear to no longer exist. Trying to access them returns an error of the form:

One for admin to sort I think, as they can view things others can't.

I've been using Ninja Lister for a while now. I've tried uploading about 27 items today several times. It says to check My Bulk Uploader in a few minutes for a status update but nothing comes up. I've tried several times and I've updated ninja lister as well to the latest version.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?
