Anti virus software may be stopping the application from running, although the only one we have had problems with "Avast" does give you option in a pop up box in Windows to continue execution of the application.

This is the most complicated, frustrating, and time consuming lister I've ever ran across.
The Ninja Lister is working somewhat - however I keep getting prompted that the security on my web browser was keeping me from being able to copy and paste script...CntV doesnt work 1/2 the time. I have both FireFox and 7.... it takes 20minutes to upload...and if I make a 'failure' I have to make corrections and wait another 20minutes.
Today I have spent 3hours tryiing to post an auction at the e-bid site without using the Ninja Lister.
Script moves and jumps around - changes font size and color - pictures and wording disappears.....looks haunted.
I was discouraged to see others having the same problems - back several years.
I've watched the videos and read the forum posts.
Sigh - What I am trying to do now is start fresh - however I keep going back to the the auction I started many failed attempts ago.
    How do I delete it??

Hi, can you send a screencast using http://screencast-o-matic.com/ of what you are seeing, it's a little confusing.. You speak of Ninja Lister and then of browsers.. Ninja Lister is independent of a browser it runs on the desktop.

If you already have HTML to hand it would be better if you used the Plain HTML Editor, go to File > Settings in NL.

My "store" isn't populating with product when importing from ebid ninja. However, the 176 auctions show launched. On our "All About" page it shows "0" auctions for the store, yet 176 auctions active.

Did you designate the store id and category on the listings?

Click on MY EBID at top of page, then look at MY OPTIONS on left of next page. Then look at MY DEFAULTS. You can set up a template there. good luck!

    Hi Everyone
Trying to finally get into Ebid. I want to import around 900 items from Amazon. Ninja Uploader is extremely fast and seems to work fine, I was impressed. The only problem is only 460 items came through to the auction set folder.... Where are the others? Is there a limit on the number of items Ninja can pull through?

Thanks in advance for your help!

No limit as far as I am aware.

Do you know if the imported items were the first 460 in the import file (i.e. it got so far and then stopped). If so, then there may be something in the import file that is throwing NL. The best case then is to contact admin via http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php - attaching the import file for the eBid bods to examine for problems.

    Hi,

If you are having problems then feel free to forward your Amazon data file to support at ebid dot net and we will see what the problem is. Our Amazon import is not as widely tested as others so it could be of help to us.

    Thx,
    Gazza
