    Hi Mel,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have managed to solve that problem but now have another......

I am getting the following message:

STANDARD and PLATINUM listings are only available to SELLER accounts. SELLER+ accounts should use FREE or GALLERY.

I have a Seller+ subscription so not sure why it is saying this.

    Sorry to be a pain.

    Thanks

    Mark.

Afraid I am going to have to give the same answer. That error message would indicate the wrong account type selected in Ninja Lister's settings.

    Hello,

I am new to ebid, but have been on Ebay for 13 years. I am trying to download the ninja lister, but it keeps telling me the file is damaged. It goes on to say I need to contact the author of the file for a clean version. Please help. I paid for 30 day seller plus to kick the wheels on the site, but don't see much value if I don't have a bulk listing tool to use.

    Hi,
Not sure if this the right answer, but you need to download Air first, then Ninja.
Hopefully, Astral will along in a moment to help with the correct answer and it might help to check his eBid Knowledge Base (click on that line in his listing just above your post) where you can find step-by-step instructions.

NL bulk upload file not overwriting.

NL is not overwriting listings. I changed caps to upper/lower case on Tuesday night. The listings uploaded from NL but the overwrites have failed. Please see below.

    Has there been a change?

As some of you know, I import my listings from another site's lister.

They allow more characters in the title and very occasionally I exceed the 80 character limit on Ebid.

In the past, when it happened, sales have been listed, with the end of the title "cut off".

It happened to me today and the upload log showed a failed item - reason "title has to be between 3 and 80 characters"

On the failed item what do you see in the report compared to what you uploaded? Can you take a screen shot of both?

Ninja Lister does need a forum of it's own but I doubt it will happen.

Try right clicking on the ninja icon, when the context menu opens click "run as administrator" see if that helps.

I Have just imported about 400 auction from ebay, mainly autographs but when i had to set the catagories in the collectables->Autographs->original there was only a couple of catagories to chose so had to chose other for them all but in the reprint section there are loads of appropriate ones, cant you duplicate the same catagories for original and reprint?

Also loads of auctions were removed as being duplicates, but they are not they just had the same title, instead of deleting them couldnt you just ask for us to change the title? i now have to find them all again and reupload them and then change them which wastes a lot of time?
