As far as I'm aware you can't import your listings from OLA so the best answer is to contact support at this address support@ebid.net and ask them for help.

Hi I think I posted my original question in the wrong thread - please can someone help - I have exported all of my Ebay items from Turbo Lister into Ninja but every time I press Good to Go and wait ages for uploading to happen I get the same 'Warning' as follows

It seems the size of the data and photos you are trying to upload has hit our limit. It is likely that you are uploading large photos that are not optimized.
Click the "Optimize GTG Photos" or the "Optimize All Photos" buttons to make Ninja Lister check and resize your photos ready for eBid. Click Cancel to go back.

I have now clicked the 'Optimize GTG Photos' and the 'Optimize all Photos' buttons three times and Ninja Lister seems to check but at the end of the process the same Warning appears

    Can anyone help please

    Thank you
    Loraine

Is there a way of getting your shops and categories within Ninja Lister so you can choose before they go live? Im having a really boring time adding them afterwards and it increases the time spent doing it by 3....

    Thanks

It's already in NL albeit not by shop or category name, just by numbers.

Column 4 in NL with the title Store Cat. is what you need to change. The first number is your shop and the second number which may have a letter beside it is your store category.

The best way I deal with this is to have the shop I wish to list in open on My eBid while working with NL. It's then very easy to scroll down and find the category you need.

I hope this helps and good luck.

Don't forget... the store and category are separated by a colon, so store 2 category 4b would be entered as 2:4b into Ninja Lister.

Thanks for the input, really appreciate it. But still have NO idea what thats all about! :-)

How do you know what number store it is? I have 4 so is there a place to find out? Also right now I only have 1 category in the store so what would that be in numbers?

    Confused.com! oh well....

Go to My eBid > My eBid Stores (http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?mo=account-stores).
Select a store from the dropdown list.
The Store ID is at the very top and the category IDs are at the bottom.

So, taking one of my stores as an example:

    The Store ID:
    Name: Image1.jpg
Views: 139
Size: 56.2 KB

    The Category IDs:
    Name: Image2.jpg
Views: 41
Size: 49.1 KB

So to place an item in the Drives Storage and Backup subcategory of store Astral I would enter 1:2b in the relevant field in Ninja Lister:

    Name: Image3.jpg
Views: 41
Size: 26.0 KB

One last thing... Is there anyway to bulk edit with Ninja I only have to change 4 fields but its on nearly 2000 listings. Thanks
