    No (it's no harder than posting on here, in fact it's easier) but all i would do is save the auction photo to my pc, then upload to twitter with auction link and the word charity.

    OK - will someone explain this to me??? Why do I need to sign up to twitter when I know about the YDC auctions already....? Am I being dim and missing something here??

    You don't. Rainy is just saying that one of the things she would do as YDC Guvnor would be to use the promotional opportunities offered by Twitter.

    Someone suggested 2 people sharing - how about a UK and a US person? They could take it in turn to make the "general announcements" and each of them deals with the admin at their site of the pond, i.e. announcing winners, keeping track of total raised, etc.
