I want to add my thanks to Babs, I know it isn't easy to organize something when you are face to face with the participants and it must be even harder when you don't really know all of the people involved.
The same sentiments go to Rainy along with offer to help. This will take time which I hope you have to spare, but don't neglect the little one to do it.
