It was this bit that I was confused over; "At cost is no longer 'at cost' if you read between the lines..."
I didn't see anywhere that mentioned they'd be charging more.

It's only my opinion blue that he's putting up the scaffolding as he won't be able to supply at cost.

There was a similar set up a while ago where they claimed that if enough people signed up they would be able to force the petrol companies to reduce their prices. I think about two million people signed up but yet prices are still high.. call me sceptical but I think most of it is purely to harvest email/contact details.

I think normally I would agree with that but,because Matt Stockdale is a Northampton businessman,he's in the public eye locally & to date has received no adverse comments/publicity.
I've not met him personally but,I think what you see is what you get.
