    Default Just saying Thank You to the Support Team

    I just wanted to say thank you to Gazza, Mark and whom ever else that spends their time answering all the support emails.
    It seems there have been more than usual from me as of late because of NPBs.
    You get right to the problem and fix it and I really do appreciate it.
    All of you are the best!

    Yes that's correct. eBid responds super fast.
    In contrast, the iOffer support team stinks. eBid is much superior to iOffer. I had a very bad experience with them and left the site after a week!
