Help needed please

Hi can anyone tell me how I can put items as free P&P, I have tried and must be missing something in the listings, as I can't seem to find the right button to press there.

There's a shipping option "included", that's the one you want.

Just had a look and there is only option, for not known, included in price etc but can't find one that is for free P&P.

I just put £0.00 in the shipping box, along with the shipping option that I use on the free option. (in my case second class inland, fine if someone isnt in a tearing hurry)

If you do it that way, it shows 0.00, if you do it the other way it shows FREE. Not saying either's better, just that's what the options are.
