Evilbay weirdness...

Just had a complaint on one of my final evilbay auctions that the item I sent is the same as it is shown in the listing photograph and description, and they had hoped it would be different.

I had a similar one. the listing offers switches in a variety of colours, the listing also states that the buyer should advise us of the required colour otherwise we will pick one at random.

So the buyer orders a switch, doesn't specify a colour and is sent an amber one, he emails me saying he would have preferred a red one.

Probably because spelt backwards it says DER!
