Nice items but your shops are still looking a bit on the empty side and could do with filling up a bit. Lots of variety will bring more people in.

I would also cut the running time a little bit on your items that have an auction price. 17 days is a long time to wait for an auction to finish in my opinion.

You can do a promotional thread down on the plug your auctions forum, that can be bumped once every 24 hours, if you haven't already done one. Also have a look on the promote eBid and your eBid shop forum for more good ideas. We haven't got such a big audience as the other side so a bit of ground work is needed to get yourself established and well known.

    Good luck with the sales.

Thanks Becky I only changed the time dates this morning because my items were all out of order so will do that later or in the morning. I have sent out 62 emails inviting people so far and also made and Ebid promotional song as listed in other forums.

You limit sale to just parts of UK. You accept no returns. And you excluded a huge market, US, which has 300+ million shoppers. You have no personal info on about seller page. Just pictures, instructions etc. You do not accept checks/money orders or some other method of paying for non PP buyers. All of these will limit your sales here.

Keep in mind that most of your customers will come off of google and these are NOT feebay customers. They are very tough buyers who expect more from sellers. If they don't get what they need, they pass you by.

    Hi Kady,

I just clicked on your banner and npthing happened - didn't take me anywhere

Your stuff is lovely and listings look good.

I think on eBid it is just a matter of sitting just.

My view - I infested my subscription fee as an expense and just sat tight.

I have had enough sales so far to get that fee back so now sitting pretty for profit. Most of my sales I think have been from google and some from past customers on t'other side. So promoting is the answer there.

After the initial outlay & work involved advertising on eBid is not a lot of work as re-listing is done for you so it won't harm to let things ride for a while

I do think eBid is growing in sales so just hang on in there
