4 days is about correct - i send quite a few items down under - fb normally received on around 5th day after postage.

Hmmmm - half your luck!! I have an Australian customer who is still patiently waiting after more than four weeks for my parcel. Maybe something to do with volcanic dust - who knows?

My daughter posted something to me from the UK first thing Saturday am and paid extra for Express delivery (or whatever it is called) and - you've guessed it - it hasn't arrived. Ah well - at least the postal services are consistent....
